*In light of COVID19, our store remains open 24/7 and Team Ables is available to assist if there should be any inquiries. There will be a slight delay in shipping as Team Ables will be consolidating orders to minimise the risk of our associates and communities.

The Ables ships locally via NinjaVan.

Free Standard Courier services for local address orders with a minimum spending of S$70 within 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. All customers will receive an email regarding order shipment & its tracking number.

All Local Deliveries are trackable via NinjaVan.
*Delivery may take longer during peak seasons.
*We do not deliver to P.O boxes as deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Malaysia
The Ables ships to Malaysia via NinjaVan. You are required to pay the below mentioned in order for you to receive your parcel.

Delivery to Malaysia will be charged a flat fee of $10.

Delivery to Malaysia may take 4-12 business days from the date of order shipped and depends on the location and subjects to customs inspection. All customers will receive an email regarding order shipment & its tracking number.

Cost for delivery to Malaysia does not include international handling fees, taxes and duties fees. The Ables has no control over international handling fees, taxes and duties fees thus are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please ensure you provide us a valid delivery address.
NinjaVan will make 2 delivery attempts. After 2 failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm your delivery address and you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $5.

Return & Exchange
Singapore
The Ables welcomes returns & exchanges. We want the best for you so no worries the change of heart.
However, please note that The Ables' Return and Exchange policy lasts 7 business days from the date of order. If 7 business days have gone by since the date of order, unfortunately, we will not accept the return or exchange.
For a Return & Exchange to happen, contact us here or email us directly at theables.co@gmail.com, we will assist you. Provide us with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of item(s) intending to Return
- Name, size & color of the desired item(s) intending for an Exchange
The Ables Return & Exchange policy only applies once per order. You may only return the item(s) in an exchange for different size or color. However, if you find another item of the same price, do let us know, we will work something out for you! Please note that The Ables will not reimburse any return delivery charges.
Unfortunately, The Ables is unable to refund nor keep store credits. We are still working on that!

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its original tags and packaging intact.

Returns & Exchanges can only be made on regular priced items excluding items that are listed non-exchangable, jewelry and gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges cannot be made if prior order was paid via a gift card or included a discount code.
In an unlikely event, should you receive a defective item, please email us directly at theables.co@gmail.com. Provide us with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the defective item
- Attachment of a clear photo of the defect
