Orders
What are the available payment methods?
The Ables accept various modes of payments such as Visa, Mastercard, and debit and credit cards.

How long does it take before my order is shipped out?
The Ables will take 2 business days to process and have your order ready for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped out of our warehouse with a tracking number for you to track your order package whereabouts!

What does The Ables do during the 2 business days after confirming my order?
The Ables work on packaging confirmed orders on alternate days.
On the day we package the confirmed orders, we check thoroughly the items purchased for any defects before having it shipped out of our warehouse. 

Can I choose to be charged in another currency?
At this moment, all orders are charged in SGD.

Account
Do I need to create an account?

Yes, all customers that shop with The Ables are required to sign up for an account. 

Shipping
How long does local courier take before I receive my parcel?
It takes 2-5 business days from the date of order shipped. 

How long does international shipping take before I receive my parcel?
We currently only ship to Malaysia. It takes 4-12 business days from the date of order shipped and it depends on the location and subjects to customs inspection.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all parcels sent out are trackable. The Ables will send an email once parcels are shipped along with its tracking number.

Return & Exchange
Do The Ables accept returns & exchanges?

Yes, we do accept returns & exchanges. However, The Ables will not reimburse any return delivery charges.

I received a defective item! What do I do?
In an unlikely event, we sincerely apologize and would be glad to assist. Please email us directly at theables.co@gmail.com. Provide us with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Name of the defective item
  3. A clear photo of the defect

Once again, we are extremely sorry!

Can I return & exchange a sale item?
Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable thus cannot be returned.

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, The Ables is unable to refund any purchased order. We only accept exchanges.

Does The Ables keep store credits?
Unfortunately, at the moment, The Ables is unable to keep store credits. However, this is something we are working on!
